At lovio-shop.com, we strive to ensure every client is satisfied with the animation received. Since we provide a digital service that creates a personalized animated video based on the photo submitted by the client, standard returns applicable to physical goods do not apply.
The client has the right to submit a complaint within 14 days of receiving the animation by contacting contact@lovio-shop.com and providing a description of the issue, along with any relevant supporting materials.
A refund may be granted only in the following cases:
- the service was not completed due to an error on the part of the platform;
- a confirmed technical failure occurred, preventing the delivery of the animation.
Refunds are not issued if the animation was completed according to the order but does not meet the client’s subjective expectations.
Each refund request is reviewed individually, and the decision will be sent to the client via email.
