Terms of Service
By placing an order on the website, the Client accepts these Terms and Conditions.
The Client agrees to use the services in accordance with applicable law and confirms that they hold the rights to the materials provided or have obtained consent from the persons visible in the submitted photos to use their images.
The service involves creating an animated video based on a photo provided by the Client. Processing begins once online payment is confirmed. The final result may vary depending on the quality of the image and the technical parameters of the file.
Withdrawal from the Agreement (Returns)
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, a Client who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, provided that the service has not been fully performed with their explicit consent.
Once the service (creation of the animation) has started, a refund is only possible in the case of a confirmed technical error or non-performance of the service.
A refund request should be sent to contact@lovio-shop.com, including the order number and a description of the issue. Requests are reviewed within 14 days of receipt.
Complaints
The Client has the right to file a complaint in the event of a technical error, non-performance of the service, or any other inconsistency with the agreement.
A complaint may be submitted within 14 days of receiving the result by sending an email to contact@lovio-shop.com or by post to the company’s address.

If the complaint is accepted, the Client will receive a re-performance of the service or a refund — as agreed between the parties.
Final Provisions
In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 and applicable Polish law shall apply.
Clients’ personal data are processed in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy available on the store’s website.
